Is this recommended for dwc? It looks thick, will it clog up my res?
The Roots Excelurator will be OK for DWC, it is quite thick, but you only need 3ml per 10 litres of solution.

Growing in coco how often would I use this, and would I apply it to my nutrient mix when feeding. Any useful info on this product would be appreciatated thanks
You would use this from the 2nd week of veg, & every week up until flowering. You would add it at 3ml per 10 litres of nutrient, before you add your base nutrient.
